PROYECT OF "FACE WASHING" OF AN APARTMENT
Sometimes renting an old house at a good price is not easy because it is hard to see the potential it has and this hurts the owners who want to market it, considering, in addition, that the current market is increasingly demanding.
However, there are quick and cost-effective solutions that will add value to our property without representing a costly reform.
This is the case of this floor of great amplitude and views, but totally outdated.
The solutions that were provided in this project were mainly the following:
-Buy of white walls and carpentry.
-Change the colour of the tiles in kitchen and bathrooms.
-Update bathroom furniture.
-Correct the lighting of all rooms.
-Revise the correct operation of all facilities.
The result was spectacular, the house was rented in less than a week!
